Repeal the death penalty in Maryland

This one is urgent: The Maryland Senate is considering a bill that would repeal the Death penalty in Maryland. Following the recommendations of the Maryland Commission on Capital Punishment which recommended the repeal of the Death penalty.

Planetary Thinking 
The death penalty is a perfectly reasonable form of retribution. Its good for deterrence and protects the innocents. We should worry about good justice, not being humane to sick criminals.
