The internet coalition announced a national Day of Silence on Tuesday and was joined by 14,000 internet radios who simply turned off. Zip it. Turned their broadcast off for the entire day to protest to the House and Congress about outrageous royalty rate increases about to take effect on July 15 and retroactive to Jan 1, 2006.
